Hi! My name is Kodi and I am so glad you’re here! I’m a Christian, student, sister, friend and more. Welcome to my blog!

I am a journalism student at the University of Texas at Arlington, although that was not the original plan. I have always enjoyed writing. However, it wasn’t until a year ago that I figured I could eventually turn that passion into a career. My first two years of school I spent most of my time bouncing between the campus science buildings and working twelve hours shifts as a patient care tech. It took longer than I’d like to admit, but I eventually learned my strengths were not found in a science lab.

Recently a professor of mine had us make a website to share our work on. While a blog has been a thought of mine for quite some time, part of me never really saw it coming together. Like I said, it was just a thought. Anyway, thanks to Mr. Campbell, I am finally sitting down to start it.

My plan is for this to be a positive place where I’ll share some of my own work, journalism stories I have done for school and other fun things. Blogger is a new title for me, so I appreciate any feedback. Thanks for reading, stay tuned for more!
